The attention, care, cleanliness, organization, friendliness, and on the spot communication are only a few reasons why I have been thoroughly impressed with Dolce Vita. For 5 years, Saba and Yemane have been thorough and tender in their care of my loved one who is elderly, has dementia, and becomes combative every day. She is a very difficult case. They excel in coordination of medical appointments and care, providing her the resources she needs, and communicating with me and her medical team in a timely manner. The kindness, love, and respect my loved one receives at Dolce Vita is priceless. I am so grateful for their diligence and service to our most vulnerable populations. I highly recommend their home for your loved one's care.

Dolce Vita adult Foster care was an absolute Godsend to my family. Yemane, Saba and staff are loving, caring people who run a 1st class facility. My Mom had the best care we could ever of imagined. Our sincere thanks for all they did.

Saba and Yemane cared for my family member for nearly 4 years during the middle of covid and through her debilitating dementia with the utmost care. They made her a member of their family, were attentive to her needs, open and communicative with me and I am confident she was in good hands 24/7.

Dolce Vita Adult Foster Home LLC is a safe and caring haven for both the residence and their families. Saba and Yemane are wonderful people who have loving and compassionate hearts that shows itself everyday in the way they care for their residence. My Father came from a larger assisted living facility that did not meet my expectations of how a care facility should operate. After a fall my Father was in pretty rough shape physically and cognitively. Saba and Yemane along with their staff have been working along side me to ensure he is well taken care of. They are conscientious about how to care for his specific needs, while helping him maintain as much dignity as possible .They are knowledgeable with years of experience in senior care and they actively communicate any concerns or needs my father may have. Their facility is exceptionally clean and safe, and all the residence are always clean and well looked after. The staff gives all the residence food choices based on their preferences and they prepare fresh meals each day. One of the hardest things in life is finding care for your loved one- Dolce Vita gives peace of mind as they partner with you to make the best of a "season of life".

Saba and Yemane took excellent care of my friend in her later years after she contracted dementia. They set up FaceTime sessions for those friends who live out of town and when we did come to visit the fed us and made it easy for us to take our friend out for an outing when we were in town to visit. I highly recommend La Dolce Vita for your loved one.

Yemane, Saba, and staff have always gone out of their way to take care of my mother who has lived there the past few years. The home is located in a nice neighborhood, which is close to the TriMet MAX lines and very accessible. I can't thank them enough for all they've done for us.

The staff here have been caring for my mom for over 4 years. The safety of their residents is their priority, and it brings me comfort to know she is in good hands. What really stands out to me is how clean the home is, it is absolutely spotless. I live in another state and feel better knowing she is well cared for at Dolce Vita.

This posts like my husband is posting but my mother has been with Saba and Yemane many years. I have only been able to visit once because I live across country. All the residents are treated like family. My mother can't speak much now but she smiles at them. She gets wonderful home cooked meals. They treat everyone with kindness and respect. She would not have this kind of care where I live. I am grateful for them.

My dad lived at Dolce Vita for the last 2.5 years of his life. I am very grateful for the care he was given there. Saba and Yemane treat the residents like family. They get to know their residents and do many things to personalize their living experience. They show compassion and understanding, and create an environment where residents can live peacefully and with dignity. I was always welcome to visit my dad, share meals, and spend as much time as I wanted at Dolce Vita. They made me feel like family too. If you are looking for a small, adult foster home with excellent care, I highly recommend Dolce Vita.

Saba and Yemane are family and welcome all as family, resident and visitor alike. Our friend was with them for many years. They grew to love her as we did. Visits, weekly face to face calls, through rough times as our friend progressed in her illness, they were right there. We visit now after our friend's passing to share memories and stories through laughter and tears. This has become tradition.
We will always be family. There is joy and love and compassion in this home. The table is set, the ritual coffee is poured, roasted and made with love and honor. And we remember. As family. It is compassion and service to others at its finest. Blessings, love and gratitude a thousand times over, Yemane and Saba.

While Dolce Vita is known throughout the community as a longterm care home, in our case, we needed urgent 24/7 care for my mother. We had an urgent need to find a safe place for my mother to be comfortable in her final days. Autumn of Life provided us with 3 foster care homes that could work with hospice. The first place we checked out was not going to work at all. We were concerned that this service would not be something we could accept to keep my mother safe. Arriving at Dolce Vita immediately calmed those concerns. We walked in and were greeted by the most amazing aromas of lunch being cooked for the home. Saba, our guide for the home provided an overview of services and the features of her lovely home. My mother was gravely ill, we understood this would only be an arrangement for a week or two at the most. There were a couple of other long term residents in attendance and they looked comfortable and well taken care of. One last place to check out before we came back to make arrangements at Dolce Vita. (honestly, we knew it was a waste of time to go to the 3rd and final spot and that they didn't answer the door made it that much easier) We came and signed some paperwork with Saba, the home made a visit to my mother at the hospital to visit with her and get an understanding of the care needed. Dolce worked closely with our chosen hospice service and we started regular visits over the next few days. I had family coming in from around the country, they were always welcome to visit with my mother.

When the eventual end arrived, Saba called me immediately and helped manage the last few responsibilities to allow my mother to die painfree and with dignity and comfort. Nobody wants to be away from their home, especially my mother who had built her own dream cottage in my backyard to her exacting specifications. But we all understood that Dolce Vita was much more suited to manage her care.

Of course, you would never just sign with a service like this sight unseen. I strongly encourage you to visit with the team at Dolce Vita and see if they are a good fit for you. I bet you won't be disappointed.
